Operating Instructions

Correct Use

• This appliance must not be used for purposes other than that
intended, it must only be used for the cooking, roasting, and baking
of food in the home.
• Only use the appliance to prepare food.
• Do not use the oven to heat the room.
How to Avoid Damaging Your Appliance
• Do not line your oven with aluminium foil and do not place a baking
sheet or dish on the oven floor, otherwise the oven enamel will be
damaged by the resulting build up of heat.
• Clean the appliance after each use. This is the easiest time to remove
spills; they also do not then become burnt on.
• Juice from fruit that drips from baking sheets will leave marks that
cannot be removed. For very moist cakes, use the universal sheet.
• Never pour water directly into the hot oven. The enamel may be dam-
aged.
• Do not sit on the open oven door/open oven drawer.
• Do not store moist food in the oven.
