4.6 Optical Drive Module

Removing the Optical Drive Module

To remove the optical drive module, you need to remove the expansion memory module cover
first as described in the previous section. Follow the steps below:
1. Turn the computer upside down.
2. Remove the battery and the expansion memory module cover.
3. Remove the M2.5x6 screw securing the optical drive module.
4. Use your hand to push the module and then slide the module from the bay.
