Service information - Fault tracing

If the machine fails to start, check to ensure that:
• it is turned on at the mains.
• the manual shut-off valves are open.
• a programme has been selected.
• if it is a coin-operated machine, that the correct amount of coins or
tokens have been inserted.
• the drum door is locked
On machines built for washing mops, it can be caused by too low a level in
the program stage. The lowest level for a mop program in the main wash
with heating is 22 scale units.
