USING THE BARBELL HOOKS
To change weights while your barbell (not included)
is on the Right and Left Uprights (28, 31), secure
the barbell with the Barbell Hooks (69). To do this,
flip the Barbell Hooks over the barbell. This will
reduce the possibility of the barbell tipping while
you are changing weights.
STORING THE WEIGHT BENCH
Set the Backrest (22) and the Adjustment Tube (9)
to the position shown (see ADJUSTING THE
BACKREST on page 12).
Remove the indicated Curl Knob (56) and lift the
Frame (8) to the vertical position. Then, insert the
Curl Knob in the location shown.
