The system board spare part kit includes replacement thermal material. Replacement
thermal material is also available in the Thermal Material Kit, spare part number 634433-001.

AMD processor:
For use only with computer models equipped with the AMD A60M chipset and a graphics
subsystem with 1024 MB of discrete video memory, supports BACO
For use only with computer models equipped with the AMD A60M chipset and a graphics
subsystem with 512 MB of discrete video memory, supports BACO
For use only with computer models equipped with the AMD A60M chipset and a graphics
subsystem with UMA video memory
Intel processor:
For use only with computer models equipped with the Intel HM65 chipset and a graphics
subsystem with 1024 MB of discrete video memory, BACO
For use only with computer models equipped with the Intel HM65 chipset and a graphics
subsystem with 512 MB of discrete video memory, supports BACO
For use only with computer models equipped with an HM65 chipset and a graphics subsystem with
UMA video memory
Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
