- Page 2 How to use your Tassimo T45 Step 1 — How to use your Tassimo T45 Turn your Tassimo machine on and make sure it has sufficient water in the water tank. When ready, the Stand-by icon will light up. Place a suitable cup on the stand, according to the type of drink you will be brewing.
