Operating
The telephone can only be used in conjunction
with a valid SIM card (Suscriber Identity
Module). Obtain the card from your service
provider.
Always insert the SIM card to use the
telephone. The name of your service provider
will then be displayed.
Switch off and deactivate the telephone if there
is no SIM card inserted. Otherwise, messages
from other functions cannot be shown in the
display and the steering wheel keypad cannot
be used for the radio.

To switch the system on: Turn the ignition
key to position I. Press the button marked in
the illustration.
To switch the system off: Press the same
button a few seconds. If you switch off the car
ignition without first switching off the
telephone, the telephone will be on the next
time you turn on the ignition.
Telephone calls cannot be received if the
telephone system is switched off.
A prerequisite for using the telephone system
functions is that the telephone must be in its
active mode (does not apply for receiving calls).
Activate the telephone by pressing
centre console or steering wheel keypad.
When in active mode, telephone information is
always shown in the display.
Press to deactivate the telephone.
