Selecting and displaying subtitles
If the DVD provides subtitles, they can be displayed on your TV screen.
When subtitles are available in several languages, you can select your preferred
language.
1 During playback, press
– Display: for example, »o 1/21 Eng« is briefly displayed, and the
current subtitle is displayed.

To switch off the subtitles press

Switching the sub-titles can be suppressed by the structure of the DVD itself.
In this case the setting is usually made in the DVD menu.

Selecting and playing scenes

You can make a bookmark for a scene on a DVD. This bookmark can be
selected directly for playback.
You can set three bookmarks per DVD.
Setting bookmarks
1 During playback, press »GOTO« twice.

Press »ENTER« at the point you wish to mark.

The bookmark (playing time) can be deleted using »CLEAR«.
Playing bookmarked scenes
1 During playback, press »GOTO« twice.
