The oven door must be closed and all controls set correctly for the cycle to work properly.
How to Delay the Start of Cleaning
Youcan set the ovencontrol to delay-start the oven,
dean fore specific length of time and then turn off
automatically
Make StlI'e tile clock shows tile correct time
of day.
Follow tile directions in tile Before a Clean
Cycle section.

Clean Time.
TheClean time is preset for 4 hours and 20 minutes.
Youcan change the Clean T/meto any time between
3 and 5 hours, dependingon the amount of soil in
your oven. If a different Clean Tkneis desked, touch
the + or- pads until the desired Clean T/meis
displayed

Changethe Start time by touchingthe + or- pads.

at tile time set.

touch tile CLOCKpad to display tile time
of day. To return to tile clean cotmtdown,
touch tile SELFCLEANpad.
Tile oven shuts off automatically when tile
clean cycle is complete, and 0:00 will flash
in the display.

Touch tile CLEAR/OFFpad.
Wait until tile oven has cooled below tile
hwking temperature to tmlatch tile (loo_:
You will not be able to open tile door fight
away unless the oven has cooled below the
locking temperature.
After a Clean Cycle
You cannot set tile o'_en for cooking until
tile o_,en is cool enotl(rh t()Y tile dooY 1o be
tmlatched.
You may notice some white ash in tile oven.
_'_ipe it up with a damp cloth after tile
o%en cools,
If white spots remain, remove them with a soap-
filled steel-wool pad andrinse thoroughlywith
a wnegarand water mixture.
These deposits are usually a salt residue
that cannot be removed bv tile clean cycle.
If tile oven is not clean after one clean
cycle repeat tile cycle.
