The manual addresses the operating personnel of the C50, C70, C80, H100, S110, S130
and SR2000 mainframes. Knowledge of BS2000 and basic SINIX knowledge are required
to operate TELESERVICE.

Service technicians use TELESERVICE to support, maintain and perform fault diagnostics
on customer systems from the TELESERVICE center. TELESERVICE permits rapid
support by specialists, independent of geographic location and is the fastest method of
response when problems occur. The TELESERVICE TSB component is the interface of the
BS2000 system to the TELESERVICE center.
