  • Page 7 C4230 Installation 1. Connect one end of the phone cord into the C4230 base and the other end into the telephone wall jack. 2. Connect the AC adapter to the back of the base and a 120V wall outlet.
  • Page 8 C4230 Installation Battery 1. Open the battery compartment cover 2. Insert the battery where the (+) and (-) touch the metal springs inside the battery compartment. 3. Close the battery compartment cover 4. Place the handset in base for battery to charge.

Volume Control: The dial controls the volume levels of the handset, headset or neck loop and ringer volumes. Boost: When pressed, an extra level of amplification is added over the entire range of volume.
