To replace a fan on a 3200 or 4200:
1.
Remove the chassis cover.
2.
Press the tabs on the sides of the fan to unlock and remove the fan and its housing.
The fan's power connection automatically detaches.
3.
Replace the failed fan with an identical fan.
You hear a click when the fan is fully installed and the power connections are made. If the
system power is on, the hot-plug feature causes the fan to start immediately upon being
connected to its header on the mainboard.

Replacing the Onboard Battery

Replace the battery with the same or an equivalent type recommended by NETGEAR only.
Dispose of used batteries according to the manufacturer's instructions.
DANGER:
Installing the onboard upside down, which reverses its polarities,
creates a danger of explosion. Take care to install the battery properly.
To replace the battery:
1.
Open the system and locate the battery holder.
2.
Remove the old battery.
3.
Install the new battery.
Take care to install the new battery with the correct side up.
