2 SETTING ITEMS (ADMIN)
Operations in the E-MAIL SUBJECT screen
Select the default subject or your desired one, and press [OK]. When you press [OK], you will be returned to the E-
MAIL screen.
[DEFAULT SUBJECT] — Press this button to set the default subject.
[CUSTOM SUBJECT] — Press this button to specify the desired subject. When you press this button, the on-
screen keyboard is displayed. Enter the value using the on-screen keyboard and press [OK] to set the entry.
Up to 128 alphanumeric characters can be entered for the subject. You can also use the digital keys on the control
panel to enter numerals.

Setting Internet Fax Functions

This function allows you to set the following items.
 Internet Fax Message Properties
You can configure the following message properties of Internet Faxes that will be sent by Internet Fax transmission.
- FROM ADDRESS
- FROM NAME
- BODY
 Internet Fax Fragmentation
You can send the Internet Fax job split into the fragment size specified. This option can reduce transmission errors
caused by network traffic problems.
 Internet Fax Body String Transmission
You can specify whether the body string will be transmitted or not.

Press [INTERNET FAX] in the ADMIN menu (1/2).
The INTERNET FAX screen is displayed.
