Section 7: Multimedia

This section explains how to use the multimedia features of
your phone, including the Camera/Camcorder, Music Player,
and how to manage your photos, images and sounds.
You can take photographs and shoot video by using the
built-in camera functionality. Your camera produces photos in
JPEG format.
Important! Do not take photos of people without their
permission.
Do not take photos in places where cameras are
not allowed.
Do not take photos in places where you may
interfere with another person's privacy.

Using the Camera

Using the camera module in your phone, you can take photos
of people or events while on the move. Additionally, you can
send a link to your My Album online to other people, set the
picture as Wallpaper, or as a Picture ID image.

Take and Send Photos

Note: When you take a photo in direct sunlight or in bright
conditions, shadows may appear on the photo.
1. From the Home screen, press
Camera.
– or –
Press the Camera key.
Camera Options appear on-screen briefly, to set
preferences for the photo. Touch the screen at any time
to display Camera Options. For more information, refer
to "Camera Options" on page 96.
2. Adjust the image by aiming the camera at the subject,
then press the Camera key to take the photo.
3. Tap Send to My Album? to send the photo to My Album.
