Section 3: Call Functions

This section describes features and functionality associated
with making or answering calls, and the Contacts list, which
is used to store contact information.

Making a Call

From the Home screen, touch Dialer, and then enter the
number you want to dial and press
Note: When you activate the Auto redial option in the Call
settings menu, the phone automatically redials up to 10
times when the person does not answer the call or is
already on the phone, provided your call is not sent to
voice mail. For more information, refer to "Call Settings"
on page 158.
Making an International Call
1. From the Home screen, touch Dialer, then press and
hold
. The + character displays.
2. Enter the country code, area code, and phone number.
3. Press
to make the call.
Correcting the Number
1. Touch

Ending a Call

Redialing the Last Number
The phone stores the numbers of the calls you have dialed,
received, or missed if the caller is identified.
To recall any of these numbers:
1. Touch
2. Select the number to view details.
3. Press Call to dial the number.
to clear the last digit displayed.
to clear the entire display.
From within an active call, press
– or –
From within an active call, tap
Logs to display the call logs. All calls is
Menu
the default, but you can use the drop down list to select
All calls, All, Missed calls, or Outgoing calls.
