166-260-000
System Management: Failed.
Remote Supervisor Adapter II SlimLine
restart error.
166-342-000
System Management: Failed.
Remote Supervisor Adapter II SlimLine BIST
indicates failed tests.
166-400-000
System Management: Failed.
BMC self-test failed.
Action
1. Disconnect all power cords and external cables
from the server, wait 30 seconds, reconnect the
power cords and cables, and run the test again.
Attention:
In a dc power environment, only
trained service personnel other than Lenovo
service technicians are authorized to connect or
disconnect power to the dc power supply. See the
documentation that comes with each dc power
supply.
2. Reseat the Remote Supervisor Adapter II
SlimLine.
3. Replace the Remote Supervisor Adapter II
SlimLine.
1. Update the firmware for BIOS and the Remote
Supervisor Adapter II SlimLine to the latest levels.
2. Disconnect all power cords and external cables
from the server, wait 30 seconds, reconnect the
power cords and cables, and run the test again.
Attention:
