Circuit Description
When the battery is being charged, U23B becomes
high and the output voltage of U24A pin 2 returns
to the reference.
When the battery is fully charged, the battery
temperature is increased. After detecting the
temperature, if the U24A pin 2 is greater than pin
3, the output status of U23 and U24 are as follows:

When charging is completed, 20mA trickle current
flows through R24, R25, and D21. Q24 turns on,
and red LD1 turns off. Latch circuit operates so
that U24A remains in low and trickle current is
supplied to the battery. The latch is released when
AC power turns off or the battery is removed from
the main body.
