Strawberry Daiquiri
90ml Bacardi rum
60ml fresh lime juice
60ml sugar syrup
6 strawberries, hulled, quartered
14 ice cubes
1.Place all ingredients in blender jug.
2.Blend on 2 for 40 seconds or until smooth.
3.Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
Pina Colada
90ml Bacardi rum
120ml pineapple juice
60ml coconut cream
30ml Malibu
30ml sugar syrup
14 ice cubes
1.Place all ingredients in blender jug.
2.Blend on 2 for 40 seconds or until smooth.
3.Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
Note: To make sugar syrup, place 1 cup sugar
and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir
over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring
to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5
minutes. Store in a screw top jar in the
fridge.

2 cups milk
300g frozen berries
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1.Place all ingredients in blender jug.
