Port: Enter Callback Port to receive Callback Data from D4M. Mobile D4M data is sent as Callback
Data and through Callback Port.
Timeout: Set maximum tolerable time to receive GPS and Event Data. If the data is not
delivered within the time set, the system consider it as an event of Failure and, it is recommend
to check the vehicle status.
