TPDOC Touch Panel Documenter and Librarian Program

Introduction

TPDOC is a special communications utility program that documents and saves

touch panel arrangements and drawing files. The program allows you to save, send,

and print the touch panel pages you develop. Depending on the storage space on

your computer, you can store hundreds of touch panel files.

TPDOC is compatible with the Panja Mini-Touch Panel LCD, electroluminescent,

and color active/passive LCD touch panels.

As an MS-DOS® program, it is compatible with any IBM PC, XT, or AT (or

equivalent) computer. The program uses menu screens and options to manage your

touch panel files.

Your computer must have MS-DOS version 2.1 or higher installed to run the

TPDOC program. TPDOC requires a minimum 640KB of memory (RAM) or higher.

The two executable TPDOC program files are TPDOC.EXE and TPDOCX.EXE. The

TPDOC.EXE program uses conventional (standard) 640KB memory. The

TPDOCX.EXE program uses conventional 640KB memory and also extended

memory to enhance converting and translating color logos.

The operating systems for both TPDOC programs are identical and are described in

this instruction manual. You can use a backup copy of TPDOC to run the program

and save touch panel files. To avoid out-of-space errors, be sure to check the

remaining storage space on your hard drive before adding new touch panel files.

The TPDOC program is available on the Panja Control Disc (CD-ROM). You can

also use the Panja BBS (bulletin board service) to get a copy of the latest version of

TPDOC. Contact Panja for BBS assistance.

Put the Panja Control Disc into your CD-ROM drive.

Launch the AMXSetup.EXE install program.
