Storing the Tag Information

iTunes Tagging lets you tag songs heard on SiriusXM channels. Using
this unit in conjunction with an optional SiriusXM Tuner and a Tagging
compatible iPod/iPhone, you can tag the music that you listen to.
Transfer this tag information to your iPod/iPhone to later preview, buy
and download the tagged songs through iTunes. For details, refer to the
Owner's Manual of the Tagging compatible iPod/iPhone.
When a desired song is heard on an SiriusXM channel,
touch [Tag.] to save its tag information.
If a tagging compatible iPod or iPhone is connected, the tag
information is stored in the iPod or iPhone. This unit can store up
to 50 tags if an iPod or iPhone is not connected. The tag
information stored in this unit is forwarded automatically when
connected to an iPod or iPhone.
• If tag information can be stored, the Tag indicator lights. The Tag
indicator blinks while tag information is being stored.
• If tag information cannot be stored, [Tag.] dims and does not respond
to touching.
• If you try to save a new tag after the 50 tag limit has been reached,
the warning message "Tuner memory full" appears, and the tag
information cannot be stored. Connect to an iPod or iPhone and
forward the tag information in this unit.
• If the usable memory space of the iPod or iPhone is insufficient, the
warning message "iPod memory full" appears, and the tag
information cannot be stored. If there is open memory space in this
unit, the information will be stored in this unit.
• If the tagging operation is interrupted by a hands-free phone call, the
tagging operation will be cancelled and the unit will display "Cannot
Tag".
