    WARNING • The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery could result in serious injury. • Never allow children to charge the bat- tery. Battery charging must be done by adults only.

    25 Amp Fuse GOOD FUSE "BLOWN" FUSE • If you are charging the battery for the first time, insert a 25 amp fuse into the battery. Note: The top of the fuse will not be flush with the top of the battery when properly installed.

    Do not omit any steps. Please set aside at least Vehicle Body Dash • Insert two #8 x 1” screws through the holes in the dash and into the vehicle body. • Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
  • Page 10 Steering Wheel • Fit the steering wheel cap into the center of the steering wheel with the screw holes aligned. • Insert two #8 x 1” screws into the holes in the steering wheel cap. • Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
  • Page 11 Microphone Plastic • Bend the plastic tip at the end of the microphone cord to form a “T”. • Insert the plastic tip into the small hole in the left side of the vehicle body. Pull gently on the cord to make sure it is secure in the dash.

  • Page 13 Seat Rear of Vehicle Hole • With the sport bar positioned to angle towards the rear of the vehicle, fit the ends of the sport bar in the holes in the vehicle body on either side of the seat. • Press firmly on each side of the sport bar to fit it into the vehicle body.

    Care If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician. If acid is internally ingested, give water, milk of magne- sia or egg whites immediately.
