DOUBLE EDGE PIEZO SYSTEM
Features
The DOUBLE EDGE piezo system is a piezo system that build a
piezo pickup into the tremolo unit.
The preamp allows you to switch between magnetic and piezo,
and also allows you to output a mix of the magnetic and piezo
pickups.
Since two output jacks are provided, you can also output the mag-
netic and piezo signals separately.
Models with a built-in 2-band EQ allow an even wider range of
sounds to be created.
Parts and their function
1 5-WAY PICKUP SELECTOR
Selects the magnetic pickups.
2 MAGNETIC VOLUME
Controls the volume of the magnetic pickups.
3 MAGNETIC TONE
Controls the tone of the magnetic pickups.
4 OUTPUT MODE SWITCH
Switches between output modes OUTPUT-A and OUTPUT-B.
5 PIEZO VOLUME
Controls the volume of the piezo pickup.
6 OUTPUT-A
If only this output jack is used, it will output both the magnetic
and piezo signals.
If the OUTPUT-B jack is also used, this jack will output only the
magnetic pickup signal.
7 OUTPUT-B
Outputs the sound of only the piezo pickup.

8 PIEZO EQ : TREBLE
A shelving-type high-frequency equalizer that adjusts the tone
of the piezo pickup.
9 PIEZO EQ : BASS
A shelving-type low-frequency equalizer that adjusts the tone
of the piezo pickup.
