  • Page 7 INSTALLING AND ADJUSTING THE D-HANDLE Shaft Housing Install Remove the screws and bottom clamp piece that were installed on the D-handle for shipping. Remove the two (2) bolts using a flatblade screwdriver or 5/16-inch socket or nut driver.

    CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT The idle speed of the engine is adjustable through the air filter/muffler cover (Fig. 33). NOTE: Careless adjustments can seriously damage your unit.
