Check Spark Plug
Cleanspark plug and resetthe electrodegap to 0.030"at least once
a seasonor every 100hoursof operation;replaceevery200 hoursof
operation.
1. Cleanarea aroundthespark plug base.
2. Removeand inspectthespark plug. Checkgap, makesureit is set
at .030. See Figure18.
3. Replacethe spark plugif electrodesare pitted,burned,or the
porcelainis cracked.
NOTE:Donot sandblastspark plug. Sparkplug shouldbe cleanedby
scrapingor wirebrushingand washingwith a commercialsolvent.
