Turn the "IV ON, select Channel 3 or 4

to the VCR

This Quick Use Guide is to assist you after you have made the initial connections of the Antenna or Cable system,
VCR and "IV as described in the instruction manual. For more complete instructions please refer to the manual.

Insert a cassette tape, window side up and arrow pointing away from you.
Power comes ON. Power switch may need to be pressed if a cassette is
already loaded.
2 Press PLAY Button.

Press STOP Button to stop playback.
1 Follow steps 1 thru 4 in Recording & Viewing, area 2.
2 After the recording starts press the VCR/'FV Selector to switch the unit to TV.
The "VCR" indicator will disappear.
3 Set the TV channel selector to the desired TV channel.

Insert a cassette tape, window side up and arrow pointing away from you. Power
comes ON. Power switch may need to be pressed if a cassette is already loaded.
Be sure that the VCR/'rv
Indicator is set to VCR.

Press COUNTER
CALL Button. Tape Speed Display appears.
Press TAPE SPEED
SELECTOR
Button to indicate SP, LP or SLP.

Select the desired channel to be recorded
using the Channel Up or Down Keys.

Hold REC Button in and press PLAY Sutton. Recording starts.
Using the remote control, press REC Button to start recording.
* If the cassette Erasure Prevention Tab is missing, the cassette will be ejected
automatically.

Press STOP Button to stop the recording•

Switch the VCR OFF by pressing the Power Button.
2 Turn the TV ON by pressing the Power Switch and select the desired channel.
