Care and cleaning of the range.
If the range is removed for cleaning or any reason, make sure the chain is reattached.

[7] Before placing range in tile counte_;
notice tile location of tile stability
bracket which is aheady attached to
the back of the range. This location
should work for most installations.
However; it may be more convenient
m hook the stability chain m the
unit when the stability bracket is
attached m the lappet set of holes in
the back of range.

interferewith thestabilitybracketwhenlocated
in theupper set of holes.
Whedler you attach die chain m die wall
or fleet; be certain that the screw is in at
least 3/4 inch thickness of wood other
than baseboard and that there are no
elecuical wires or plumbing in the area
which the screw could penetmm. Attach
the stability chain in a location which will
allow the chain to be in line with the
bracket side m aid as much as possible
when attached m the unit. Test m see if
tile chain is securely fasmned by Utgging
on the chain.

Temporarily attach
tile loose end of tile
chain m the rear of
the counmrtop with
the rope flom the
packaging.
Place die range in the counmr
cutout leaving just enough room
between the back of the range and
the wall to reach tile stability
bracket.
Hook die loose end of die chain
Ohm die bracket by slipping die
nearest link of the chain into the
dot in the bracket. Make sure the
chain is pulled as fight as possible
and that there is no excess slack in
the chain meter the chain is attached
to the bmcket.

Slide tile range all tlle way back into
tile counter. Once tile range is
pushed back in place, dlere will be
a small amount of slack in the chain.

The storage drawer may be
removed for cleaning under the
range.

Removable Storage Drawer
Thestorage draweris a goodplacetostore
cookware andbakeware. Donotstoreplastics
andflammable materialin thedrawer.
Do not overload the storage drawer.
If the drawer is too heaxy, it may slip off
the track when opened.
To open dm drawer, grasp tile center of
the handle and pull straight out.
Toremove:
Pull the drawer straight ()tat and lift over
tile guide stops.
Toreplace:
Lift over the guide stops and slide the
drawer into place.
To clean both the inside and the outside:
Wipe with soap and wamt. Rinse well.
Donot usecleansing powdersorharsh
abrasives whichmayscratch thesurface.
