problem, or if the air

is of improper
cooling capacity for the

are responsible
for providing
adequate
electrical
connecting
facilities.

locations,
labor necessary to move the
unit to a location where it is accessible for service by
an individual
technician.
m Failure or damage resulting
from corrosion
due to
installation
in an environment
containing
corrosive
chemicals.
m Replacement
of fuses or resetting of circuit breakers.
Failure of the product resulting from modifications
to the product
or due to unreasonable
use, including
failure to provide reasonable and necessary
maintenance.
Failure or damage resulting
from corrosion
due
to installation
in a coastal environment,
except
for models treated with special factory-applied
anti-corrosion
protection

Servicer is not available, you may be responsible
for a trip charge or you may be required to bring the
product to an Authorized

excludes the cost of
shipping or service calls to your site.

do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential
damages.
This warranty
