Cook and Hold
Your newcontrol h asa cookandholdfeaturethat
keeps cooked foodswarmforup to 3 hoursafter
TinTed Baking or Roasting is finished.
NOTE" This feature can only be programmedto
work with TknedBakbg or Roastbg. (See the
Usingthe tinted bak/ng and roasting features
section.)After timed Baking or Roastinghas
automat/2a/lystopped, the programmedCook
and Ho/d will automatica//y start.

steps below.
[] Touch the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO
pads at the same time tbr 3 seconds

Touch the COOKING TIME pad. The
displa) will sho_ Hid OEE
Toud_ the COOKING TIME pad again
to activate the teatm'e. The disp]a_
will sho_ Hid ON.
[] Touch the START pad to activate the
cook and hold feature and leave the
control set in this special ieatures
mode.
NOTE: This feature/_ not available for the
lower oven.
Changing the Speed of the + or- Pads
As youusethe+ or-pad whensettinga time or
temperature, youmaynoticethedisplay changes
