BASIC TV OPERATIONS
To Select Channels By Using The Numbered Buttons
You can select any channel in your pre-
viously selected TV/CATV tuning band f
by direct number entry. Simply enter a
channel number and the TV selects that
channel automatically.
SINGLE-DIGIT CHANNELS: Press "0"
followed by the channel number for im-
mediate selection. For example, to select
channel 4, press "0" then "4". Or, press
only the channel number, and the channel
selection will occur in about two seconds.
TWO-DIGIT CHANNELS: Press the two
numbers for the desired channel. For ex-
ample, to select channel 38, press "3"
then "8". Both numbers must be pressed
within two seconds of each other or a sin-
gle-digit channel will be selected.
THREE-DIGIT CHANNELS: Press
"100" followed by the other numbers of
the desired channel. For example, press
"100", then "2" and then "3" to select
channel 123. Numbers must be pressed
within two seconds of each other.

To Select Channels By Using Channel Up/down
You can select any active channel in your
previously selected TV/CATV tuning
band by scanning through those channels
using CHANNEL Up/Down.
For faster channel scanning, create favor-
ite channels by using the SEARCH op-
tion with the MEMORY feature, and then
use the SKIP option with CHANNEL
Up/Down. See "Using Channel
Search/Skip" section for details.

To Adjust Volume Level
Press VOLUME Up/Down to increase/de-
crease the volume of your TV. Your ad-
justment is shown d_amically on the TV
by a colored bar display.
When you turn on your "IV, it automat-
ically sets the VOLUME to the level that
was used when the TV was turned off.
