Users Manual
To replace the batteries (refer to Figure 24):
1.
Press to turn the tester off.
2.
Remove the test leads from the terminals.
3.
Remove the battery door by using a standard-blade screwdriver to turn the
battery door screws (3) one-quarter turn counterclockwise.
4.
Press the release latch and slide the battery holder out of the tester.
5.
Replace the batteries and the battery door.
All stored data will be lost if the batteries are not replaced within
approximately one minute (Models 1653B and 1654B only).
6.
Secure the door by turning the screws one-quarter turn clockwise.
