To measure voltage and frequency:
1. Turn the rotary switch to the V position.
2. Use all (red, blue, and green) terminals for this test. You can use test leads
or mains cord when measuring AC voltage.
The primary (upper) display shows the AC voltage. The tester reads
AC voltage to 500 V. Press  to toggle the voltage reading between
L-PE, L-N, and N-PE.
The secondary (lower) display shows mains frequency.
