Message Cause and/or Corrective Actions
NEED TO FORMAT DISC • The data cannot be recovered.
÷ Format the disc (DVD-RW only).
CANNOT RECOVER DATA • The data cannot be recovered.
÷ Use a new disc.
CLOSE DISC COVER • The disc cover is open.
÷ Close the disc cover.
_) _ DISC FULL • The disc has run out of space.
÷ Use a new disc.
_'_ NO DISC • There is no disc inserted.
÷ Insert a disc.
• The disc is not set correctly.
