BEFORE STOPPING THE ENGINE
Run the engine for a few minutes to help dry off any moisture
on the engine.
TO STOP ENGINE
1. Push the stop switch (A, Figure 18) to the OFFposition.
2. Pull out the safety key (A, Figure19).

TO START ENGINE
Be sure that engine oil is at FULL mark on the oil fill cap/
dipstick (A, Figure 16). The snowthrower engine is equipped
with an A.C. electric starter and recoil starter. Beforestarting
the engine, be certain that you have read the following
information.
If engine floods, set the choke to the 0PEN/RUNposition and
crank until the engine starts.
