Selecting
the source
of the PIP
image
_Important:
You will probably
want to use PIP tzl view two different
pictures
at
one time. To do this, you need to have two different
",sources." A
"source" is any signal
that your TV is receiving
through
the an-
tenna
terminals
or through
the input terminals.
On most TVs, you can only use the antennas
attached
to your TV
as one source; you must connect
a VCR or another
component
to
see two different
pictures.
However,
because
your TV has two tuners,
you can watch
two
different
pictures
without
using a VCR. (You must have attached
antennas
or cable systems
to both the ,_mtenna-A
(ANT-A) and
Antenna-B
(ANT-B) terminals
on your TV. (See the connection
diagaram
in Chapter
2.)
Because
of the ease of using Two-Tuner
PIP, your TV will auto-
matically
use Antenna-A
and Antenna-B
as the two sources.
However,
you might
want to change
the source of the PIP image to
view the picture
from a VCR or a:nother
component.
To change
the source of your PIP image:

PIP image from the display
that
appears
above it.
If you are not seeing a picture
in
the PIP image, make sure that you
have made a connection
to that
particular
input,
and that the
component
(if any) is turned
on.
To change
