Creating Still Images

Target files: BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF
Note:
 You cannot create a still image from a moving image
file (file extension: avi).
 Still images cannot be set as openings or closings.

Click [New] from the [File] pull-down menu.

Click [Create still image].

Select the file to be edited and click [Open].
 The selected file will be opened.
 Check that the file type is BMP, JPG, JPEG,
PNG or GIF.

Drag the frame to adjust the position and size.
 Regardless of the frame size, the image will be
converted into the default size of each model. (page 16)
(When the vertical-to-horizontal ratio differs, the image
will be reshaped to be displayed as the default of each
model.)
 If the frame is dragged while the shift key is held down,
it can be zoomed in (enlarged) or out (reduced) at the
default ratio of each model.

Process the image with dithering or effects. (pages 41 to 45)
Caution:
 You cannot add dithering or effects to files in pfs format
that has been previously saved.
