or attachments(suchasthird party ink or ink tanks), failure to follow Kodak's
operation, maintenance or repackinginstructions,failureto useitemssuppliedby
Kodak(suchas adaptersand cables),or claimsmadeafter the durationof this
warranty.
Kodakmakesno other express or impliedwarrantyfor this product, and disclaims the
impliedwarrantiesof merchantability and fitnessfor a particular purpose.Inthe event
that the exclusionof any impliedwarrantyis ineffectiveunderthe law, the durationof
the impliedwarrantywill be one yearfrom the purchasedate or such longerperiod as
requiredby law. Theoption of repair,replacement, o r refund is Kodak'sonly
