Reset all settings
except

DATE/TIME,

TIME DIFFERENCE,
1_ BACKGROUND
COLOR,
and 1_ VIDEO SYSTEM to default values,
1 Highlight

RESET and press the selector right to display a confirmation
dialog,
2 Highlight
OK and press MENU/0K.
If a memory
card is inserted
in the camera, this option
will format the memory
card.
If no mem-
ory card is inserted, this option
will format internal
memory.
Select OK to begin formatting.
':!) All data
including
protected
pictures
will be deleted
from the memory
card or internal
memory.
Be sure important
files have been copied
to a computer
or other storage device.
':!) Do not open the battery-chamber
cover during
formatting.
Turn the GPS receiver on or off (_
40).
Select ON to display GPS data (40).
