3, Installation of the Air Conditioner

3a. Place the Air Conditioner into the window with

the "L" ._haped mounting

channel (on top)

positioned fn front of the upper window sash°

The "U" shaped channel on the bottom should

be positioned in the "recessed" portion of the

track tccated at the front of the window bracket

assembly, Pull the window down until it rests just

behind the front flange of the (top) "L" shaped

mountlng channel. See Fig, 6o

3b; Align one hole in the side of the cabinet

with one hole _nthe bracket assembly°

Secure the cabinet to the bracket using a

1/4" screw provided. Repeat the same

procedure on the opposite side of the

cabinet, See Fig, 7

3c. Check to make sure that the cabinet is slanted

slightly downward on the outside, tf necessary.
