the subject matter hereol; and supersedes in their
entirety any and all previously existing written or oral
agreements between us with respect to such subject

If the SOFTWARE is being acquired by or on
behalf of the United States gov_,rnment or any other
entity seeking or applying rights similar to those
customarily claimed by the United States government,
such SOFI'\VARE is a "commercial it_,m" as that
term is defined at 48 C.ER. ("FAR") 2.101. is
licensed ill accordance with this LICENSE. and such
SOFI'\VARE delivered or otherwise furnished shall
be marked and embedded the "Notice of Use" as
designated by SONY and/or its affiliates and shall be
treated in accordance with such notice.
