• DUAL (Digital broadcast
language selection)
Lets you select tile language
you want to listen
to during
digital broadcast.
This feature
only
functions
for Dolby Digital
sources.

Sound of the main language
will be output

the front left speaker
and sound of
the sub language
will be output
through

front right speaker
simultaneously.

Sound of the main language
will be output.

Sound of the sub language

Mixed

will be output.
• A.V. SYNC. (Synchronizes
audio
with video output)
Lets you delay tile audio
output so that the
time gap between
the audio output and visual
display
is minimized.
You can adjust from 0
(0 ms) to 20 (200 ins) in 1 (10 ms) steps.

• This p:muneter is useful wlmn you use a large LCD
or plasma monitor or a prt_iector.
• This parameter is not valid when
the multi<hannel
PCM signals are received via
an HDMI IN.jack.
ANALOG DIRECT function is being used.

assignment)
Lets you assign the digital audio input to other
input source.

Lets you set the name of inputs. For details,

You can use the VIDEO menu to make various
adjustments
for HDMI settings,
assign the
composite
video input to DMPORT
input and
to name inputs.
Select "6-VIDEO"
in the amplifier
menus. For
details on adjusting
the parameters,
see
"Navigating
through
menus"
(page 39) and
"Overview
of the menus"
(page 40).

PORT video assign)
Lets you assign the composite video input to
DMPORT input so that you can view the
images in the TV. For details, see "Watching a
connected component through DMPORT
