Follow steps below to record TV
programs.
First:

Turn on the unit. Load a
recordabme disc,
Make sure that theTV input is set
on the unit.

Using [REC SPEED], select a
recording speed_

Make sure that the recording for°
mat is set to the desired mode.

When a DVDoRW disc is moaded:
You can chooseVideo mode or
VR mode from the Setdng menu.
"Video mode" has been seleo:ed
as the defauN. Refer to "Choosing
the recording forma_ of a blank
disc" on page 27.
When a DVD-_ disc is loaded:

Number buttons, select a
desired channel to record.

Checking the recording picture and sound quality
You can confirm the recording picture
and sound quality with the recording Hit [REC SPEED] repeatedly
