Pressto begin search forward during cassette tape playback,
or fast forward the cassette tape in stop mode.

Press to begin cassette tape playback.
REW _ button (VCR) (p24)
Press to begin search backward during cassette tape play-
back, or rewind the cassette tape in stop mode.

Pressto start basic recording, or press it repeatedly to set the
specified length of the one-touch timer recording.
Recording Indicator (VCR)
Lights up when any of recordings are in progress or stand-
by for the timer recording.
CHANNELA/_' buttons (p15)
Press to select channels or move up/down through the
main menu items.
TV/VCR Indicator (TV/VCR)
Lights up when the unit is in TV mode or VCRmode.
SELECT button (TV/DVD) (pl 5)
Pressto switch among TV mode (digital or analog), external
input mode and DVD mode.
DVD Indicator (DVD)
Lights up when the unit is in DVD mode.
