Menu Items

This section describes the menu items available on the LCD panel.
When you press one of the Menu buttons, a menu item appears
on the LCD panel. You can select the item, or increase or decrease
its value by pressing the Copies/Value buttons.
See the next page for a flowchart of menu items in each copy
mode.

Selecting a language

You can select a language to use on the LCD panel: English,
Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Dutch. Follow
the steps below.
1. Press one of the Menu buttons repeatedly until Language
appears on the LCD panel.
2. Select your preferred language by pressing the
Copies/Value buttons.
3. Press the y Stop button. The menu items appear in the
selected language.
Status
This product is on.
While initializing, data processing, copying,
printing, scanning, charging ink and cleaning,
and replacing an ink cartridge.
An error occurs.
