b16

For setting bring the curve disk into the base position (seam beginning

position) and tilt the machine head back.

The setting of the switches b09 and b16 occurs in program P63:

–

Set the "Program" switch to "63".

–

Press the "STOP" key.

The program is activated.

The display shows "B?".

Setting switch b09:

–

Set the "Program" switch to "09".

The display shows the switching status (e.g. "-B09").

–

Loosen the clamping screw on the set collar 5 slightly.

–

Slide the set collar 5 on axle 6 until the display shows the

switching status "+B09".

–

Tighten the clamping screw on the set collar 5.

Setting switch b16:

–

Set the "Program" switch to "16".

The display shows the switching status (e.g. "-B16").

–

Loosen the clamping screws 4 slightly.

–

Slide switch b16 sideways until the display shows the switching

status "+B16".

–

Tighten the clamping screws 4.
