Caution Danger of injury !
Turn off the main switch.
Replace the thread monitor only with the sewing machine
switched off.
– Replace the "old" bobbin case against the "new" one.
– Screw on the pre-assembled support 2, using the screw 1
and/or 3.
Note:
In general, the front edge of the light barrier should be
parallel to the front edge of the support 2.
– Connect the hose 4 for the blower.

– Set the position of the light barrier in a way that its beam goes
through the slit of the bobbin case and can be reflected back
by the bobbin surface again.
– Put the spacers 6 (4x) in the remaining thread monitor
support plate and put on the printed circuit board 5.
– Connect the cable to the circuit board of the thread monitor
7 = valve circuit board
8 = for the light barrier of the left needle
9 = for the light barrier of the right needle
