3.4 Tension plate and thread tension

Fasten the tension plate 1 with the screws 2 and 4 on the machine
head.

Insert thread guide 3 and fasten with screw 6.

Remove the black key cap and replace it by key cap 5 (with symbol
for the additional tension).

Mount the solenoid valves 7 and 8 in the corresponding fixtures at
the valve block (see illustration).

Connect the pneumatic hoses with the tension plate.
–
Connect the electric connecting cables with the connection box.
Brown cable from valve 8 to clamp X23 connection 8 (+)
Blue cable from valve 8 t clamp X23 connection 6 (FSPR)
Brown cable from valve 7 to clamp X26 connection 2 (+)
Blue cable from valve 7 to clamp X26 connection 5 (FS)
