Entering and Displaying System Information

1. To open Computer Setup, turn on or restart the notebook.

components, select Security menu > System IDs.
To enable or disable the reporting of the processor serial
number by the processor to software, select
Advanced menu > Device Options.
To specify how the notebook recognizes multiple,
identical port replicators that are identically equipped,
select Advanced menu > Device Options.
To set the notebook to recognize the port replicators
as a single port replicator, select Disable.
To set the notebook to recognize the port replicators
individually by serial number, select Enable.
