Removing the Front Cover

The front of the computer has a cosmetic cover
that you must remove before you can add a new
internal drive into the empty bay. The lower bay
has an insert you must remove in addition to the
cover.
Note:
Make sure the computer is turned off and the
modem/phone cable and power cord are
disconnected from the computer.
1 Remove the side panel (see "Removing the
Side Panel" on page 34).
2 Slide the drive cage out (see "Sliding the Drive
Cage In and Out" on page 35).
