VIDEO OUT

This lets you select NTSC or PAL according to your TV's video signal type. If you use
the wrong video signal type, you will not be able to play back the recorded pictures
properly on your TV.

Language selection

This lets you select a language for on-screen display. This reference manual shows
the English on-screen display in illustrations and explanations.
